California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to access, delete, and opt-out from the sale of their personal information.

To submit a CCPA request, please complete the form below. After we receive your request, we may ask for additional information if we cannot verify your identity using the information we have on file, or if we reasonably require more details to process your request. If you request access to specific pieces of personal information, we may also ask you to complete and return a signed declaration, under penalty of perjury, confirming your identity and request.

If you request access to or deletion of your personal information, we generally have up to 45 days to respond. In some cases, we may need up to an additional 45 days and will let you know if extra time is required and why. If you request to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, we will process that request as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within 15 days.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, you must provide written authorization from the consumer or a copy of a valid power of attorney that authorizes you to act for that consumer. You may email that documentation to [email protected] after submitting this form. We may contact you or the consumer to verify your authority.
